Thomas James, is a master trainer with over 20 years experience in the fitness industry. Thomas brings a wealth of knowledge that ranges from gym sales, management, program design, complete body transformations, including his own, expertise in supplementation, a complex understanding of injuries and how to reduce them as well as how to heal them. Thomas has also deeply explored and rigorously followed every type of diet out there. When asked about his commitment in the dietary lane he explains, “it is my business to know what works and what is a scam and the only way to really know is to do them myself. That is the only way for me to be able to answer the questions I receive from my clients with an educated answer.”
Thomas also has an insatiable appetite for staying ahead of the fitness trends and dedicates time every day researching and implementing different workouts on himself and sampling different styles to see their impact on his own physique before he gives his stamp of approval to pass on to his beloved clients.
When you see Thomas in the gym daily working on being a fitness role model, it is more than that, he is making sure what he delivers is always tried and true.
Thomas’s greatest attribute is his infectious sense of humor during the most brutal portions of the workout. He delivers workouts EVERYTIME which create undeniable change, but are not typically a lot of fun… however, he makes that beautiful balance of joy and pain with his punchy one liners that can keep you going when you’d rather punch him in the gut! =)
Thomas rarely has openings in his schedule because his clients adore him and most have been with him for 4 plus years. But if he does, you can be guaranteed an experience that will change the way you see yourself, and your body. He is brilliant at what he does and his passion shows in every session as they are all tailored differently depending on the needs of the client. “Some days my clients my come in and say they have been dealing with big life stressors and I will completely rewrite the plan- tell them to put on the boxing gloves and we’ll work the mitts. They may come in feeling defeated and its my job to make them feel confident again. To me that’s what a good trainer is about.”
