Join Coach Valentina in this 45 minute functional fitness class that brings the best of both worlds— strength and cardio! Valentina is a strength based personal trainer, but she also knows the importance of cardio to maintain a healthy heart and to stay balanced.
This class is all about mixing muscle-sculpting strength exercises with bursts of cardio to give you a complete, effective, and energizing workout. Whether you’re lifting weights or tackling dynamic moves, you’ll leave feeling accomplished, strong, and ready to take on the rest of your week.
