I bridge the gap between high-performance training and clinical rehabilitation. With over 18 years of experience, I began my journey as a personal trainer while earning my degree in Physical Therapy. I quickly fell in love with it and realized that by combining these two forces, I could help people transform their entire lives—not just their bodies.
My academic background in PT, minor in nutrition, and certifications—including NASM (CPT/CES/PES), PFTA, AFAA, NFTA, pre/postnatal care, Yoga, and Pilates—allow me to take a hyper-detailed, biomechanical approach to your movement patterns. As a former fitness competitor, I love to lift heavy, but my absolute priority is ensuring you learn to do it safely and correctly. To date, I’ve never encountered an injury I couldn’t fix, and I truly love improving posture and mobility.
A typical training session with me is highly strategic: we start by improving flexibility and balance with hands-on stretching, move into dynamic functional fitness so you always feel like an athlete, and finish with strength conditioning and powerlifting.
A little about me: I’m an Austin native, and when I’m off the clock, you can usually find me living the lake life—wake surfing, playing sand volleyball, or hanging out on the water. I’m also a proud mom to an 18-year-old daughter at ASU who is keeping the family tradition alive by personal training while getting her degree!
