Meet Coach Andrew Martis — Founder of Wolf Mountain Movement

I’m Andrew Martis, and for the past 10+ years I’ve been fully immersed in fitness from 7 years of competitive bodybuilding to studying biomechanics, strength & conditioning, and performance training.

I’ve competed in NPC shows and won, but what matters more than the titles is what the process taught me: discipline, structure, and how to train with purpose.

Like a lot of people, I started out trying to figure everything out on my own and spinning my wheels. It wasn’t until I invested in coaching and surrounded myself with the right environment that everything clicked. That experience is what drives how I coach today.

Wolf Mountain Movement was built for people who are ready to stop guessing and start progressing.

Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose fat, or simply feel stronger and more confident, I combine in-person coaching with structured programming to give you a system that actually works and lasts.

What Makes This Different

This isn’t random workouts or cookie-cutter plans.

I use a hybrid model that blends:

  • Personal training (hands-on coaching, form correction, accountability)
  • Structured programming (so you know exactly what to do even outside sessions)

With a background in biomechanics and multiple training styles: bodybuilding, powerlifting, and HIIT. I build programs that are:

  • Efficient
  • Sustainable
  • Built around you
