Hi! I am Ana Sheila and I am a competitive bodybuilder originally from Southern California.  My fitness journey began about 11 years ago and throughout the years I’ve learned that personal growth through fitness is about more than just physical transformation; it’s about developing a resilient mindset, fostering self-love, and continually striving to be the best version of ourselves. I began bodybuilding 4  years ago while going through one of the most difficult times of my life. Bodybuilding gave me a reason to keep going and I fell in love with every aspect of it: the process, the blood, sweat and tears, the mental challenge, the stage, the bikini, the glam! I love everything about it!

As a personal trainer, my goal is to empower my clients to become the best version of themselves, through health & fitness. I love teaching my clients new things and seeing them reach their goals and transform their bodies.  I am forever grateful and thankful for those who have trusted me with their fitness goals. Throughout my career as a trainer, I have been blessed with an awesome team of clients who make my job extremely rewarding and fulfilling. As a coach and trainer, I want my clients to know that personal growth and fitness are deeply interconnected, forming a holistic approach to well-being. Engaging in physical activity not only improves our physical health but also fosters mental resilience and self-discipline.

Moreover, the journey of fitness often mirrors life’s broader challenges. It teaches patience, perseverance, and the importance of consistent effort. As we overcome obstacles—be it a tough workout or a personal setback—we cultivate a growth mindset that encourages us to embrace change and learn from experiences.
