Howdy! My name is Dylon Dickson. I was born in Austin and moved to Dripping Springs in 2008, where I currently live with my wife. I’ve been lifting weights since I was 13 and have been a certified personal trainer for over two years. I played basketball in high school and, until recently, trained heavily in jiu-jitsu. I’ve now made the switch over to Los Campeones and am excited to start this next chapter with y’all.
Every program I design is built around the individual—focusing on smart progression, optimal recovery, and sustainable nutrition habits. Whether you’re an intermediate lifter looking to break through plateaus or a beginner wanting to master the fundamentals, my approach combines years of training experience with proven strength and hypertrophy methods to ensure steady, lasting progress.
